• A challenging way to workout on the uniquely designed Stott equipment, which supports your body as you work through a full range-of-motion exercises, developing slender muscles rather than bulk You must know your settings and be comfortable moving through various positions on the reformer before you take Open Reformer. If you are new, please start with a private or Pure STOTTPILATES Reformer and have at least five classes at the PURE level before signing up for Open. Reformer Classes taken at other pilates studios count as your experience.
