i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended I live here. Well until my lease runs up. My fridge and freezer stopped working and I called and told them. They wrote it up as an emergency and ensured me they would get it fixed right away. over 24 hours later, and after 2 more calls, they finally fixed it. I lost all of my food and they refuse to do anything about it. I have many friends in the complex and this isn't the only issue that has happened. Stay away from this place. There are a ton of nice apartments in Hoover, find one that cares about the renters.
