Completely disappointed! I will never use them again.



They did sloppy work leaving thing undone or incomplete. When we complained they gave lame excuses...and no refunds. They did send someone out to correct the issues but they were a day late and dollar short by then. The manner in which they handled our complaint is absolutely unacceptable. I would not trust them! Ultimately we feel cheated!

We've been using Merry Maids longer than I would like to admit just because I didn't have time to go through the process of calling in new companies to give me new estimates. The cleanings, at least on my residential biweekly schedule, were consistently poor quality. Its frustrating to pay as much for a cleaning and come home to barely notice that they've been there. Quality Control was called in early on and we got one really good cleaning out of that, but it has been a frustrating road with consistent complaints and not much done better to improve service. Busy families are the ones who have to hire house cleaners, but we're also the ones who don't have time to deal with follow-up after follow-up. So... just very frustrating and I will not use Merry Maids anymore.
