Russ Dorsey founded Integrated Solutions in 1994, leveraging years of experience managing IT projects for many of Birmingham's hospitals and corporations, to create a consulting firm focused on supporting physicians, lawyers and accountants. Since 1994 we have built a solid, consistent reputation in an industry that is constantly changing. We've expanded our offering to include factory authorized hardware sales and spun off successful telecomm and accounting software companies. Today we support hundreds of servers and thousands of desktops for a very demanding list of doctors, lawyers, accountants and engineers.
