Established in 1921, Glen Iris Baptist Church serves the local congregation as well as Christian from across the world. Based in Birmingham, Ala., it focuses on the preaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ. The religious organization offers numerous services, such as adult/children choirs, solos, special groups and praising the lord with hymns and spiritual songs. Glen Iris Baptist Church has different ministries, which includes Nursing Home Ministry, Music Ministry, Bus Ministry, Youth Ministry, Senior Saints' Ministry, Retirement Home Ministry, Children's Church, Ladies Ministry, AWANA, among others. Additionally, the evangelical church offers Sunday classes for adults and children.
