I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Douglas and Dr. Kidd. The compassionate care that they give to my pets is unequaled anywhere, and I have used two other vets before. I will never use another vet again. They love my dogs nearly as much as I do and that comes through so clearly in their loving treatment of them.

Dr. Kidd was incredibly kind with our family when we had to put our sweet Lab to sleep. He listened to us tell stories about our dog and answered all of our questions. He has cared for our dogs for years with knowledge and gentleness.
I have been using Mark Kidd as my pets vet for years and I have absolutely no complaints. Doctor Kidd was recommended by Carriage Hills Animal Hospital in Montgomery, Al. by Doctor Scott Griffin. I have not been disappointed at all. His knowledge and sincerity are outstanding. My three little guys cannot wait ti get out of the car and go in, they like Dr. Kidd. I would recommend this clinic anytime to anyone.

Highly recommendLive in Nashville now but still call about my pets
I was very disappointed in this vet hospital. They did not know how to handle my pet when giving him his shots and taking blood. They hurt him while taking blood and had to use two legs because they messed up his first leg. Seems they don't know much at all about handling animals or giving a proper diagnosis. I will never go back eventhough it is very convienent. I do not recommend them to anyone unless you want your pet hurt.
Lost our family pet due to their negligence and inability to diagnose with accuracy. Misdiagnosed then neglected to treat one ailment all together. Resulted in the death of our pet. Witnessed filthy conditions in overnight care facilities, and careless "techs" tending highly contagious animals, then touching handles and door knobs, even other animals with no gloves and no washing hands.
