Command Alkon develops, markets and supports software and hardware products for construction material producers, such as ready-mix concrete, aggregate and asphalt producers. The merger of Command Data and Alkon formed the company. Its software product lines include, AES Enterprise Series and COMMAND series. The company's Batch Control product lines include Spectrum, Eagle and AC2000. The COMMAND signal system is used for comprehensive truck fleet automation through analog radio and digital cellular. As an add-on option, the COMMAND signal truck terminals may also provide GPS capabilities for truck location and automatic status purposes. Command Alkon has its headquarters in Birmingham, Ala., and offices in Dublin, Ohio; England and Australia.
