The price was very reasonable . However, the women at the front desk are rude and lack great customer service skills. I almost wanted to take my business elsewhere. One of them had an attitude at all times and the other one didn't even acknowledge me . To be honest, I don't know if I will ever use their services again because of this . I would rather pay the extra for great customer service.

Had the windshield replaced today with an original OEM one. Daniel, the Tecnician from Auto Glass Now Burmingham, did a great job! He is very knowledgeable and efficient. He works like a Swiss watch! Ask for him whenever you need a windshield replaced.

I had my windshield replaced a while ago. They by far had the best price in Birmingham. I work a few blocks from them so I dropped my car off and went to work. An hour later my car was finished, which was earlier than expected. The techs and Customer Service reps were very knowledgeable, and also very friendly, which made for a great experience. It seems the manager, Juliet, takes pride in her store, making sure every customer has a great experience and leaves beyond satisfied. I recommend to all my friends and family.
