Refuses to return to fix a problem, stops answering his cell phone. Then I find out he doesn't even have an office. I would be afraid to buy anything from this company!

i think i have to have service before i rate his service & i NEVER GOT SERVICE.... called for a appt to open the pool & the day came... and he never did. I tried calling and he never would answer the phone. called at the end of the summer to perpahps close my pool & the day came he never did. he called at 515pm, said was finishing up another house and would be there by 6pm, and would call before he came.. He never called back nor did he come. nor did he answer his phone. so in my option... BAD service
