Kind, caring, informative, welcoming, comforting, thorough, attentive. I am so very happy to be a new patient with Lourdes in general/and to have Sergii as my caretaker is a huge sigh of relief that I am in excellent care ! My prior primary care person lacked “all” of the above that I now have with Sergii and in Lourdes. I did not ever get the feeling of concern or caring or ethical professionalism from previous primary at Appalachian Guthrie or Owego Guthrie I am so relieved to be at Lourdes. Sincere appreciation.
