Just got done speaking to 2 females that seemed unwilling to help make a sale. One was younger and one older seemed to make any excuse to get out of helping the customer. The two just cost the company a sale of a saltwater setup and maybe future business. I hope the owner reads the reviews, some staff need retraining. There are a couple helpful staff there, don't know where they were this time.

I go to Creature Comforts for a lot of my fishkeeping needs. They do ask questions like tank size and what else you have, but that is because they want to make sure you not buying something that will not fit or get along with what you already have. I would rather answer a couple of questions than make a purchase I will regret later. Most of the staff is very knowledgable and if they don't know the answer, they find someone that does. Their prices are comparable to the other pet stores and the staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Was just at CC and I went to buy a fish and then all the questions started. What size tank, what fish I have. First off I have a 265gl but what business it is of theirs, I have a lot of fish in my tank but again what business it is of theirs. Now before all you CC fanboys start defending them, you may want to look in their tanks and see how many fish are in them and how many deceased fish are in them. They put so many fish in a very small tank it is sad. Knowledge of the fish they sell is sad, it seem that most of it comes from what they assume about the fish. Before you ask my more questions than the CIA does, you should look at yourself first. Clean out your tanks of deceased fish first!!!!

I've been a patron since shortly after they opened in their first location many years ago and have went there for many items for many pets over the years including both mammals and reptiles and they normally have what you want or can get it in a timely fashion. The staff is varied and your results with each will be so as well. I don't ever recall and unpleasant visit.

I love this store, I have been in here many times and always have a great experience. The employees are greatly helpful, and the managers are just as willing to help you as any one else. There are too many stores where the managers think they are above helping the customer. The only time I had any difficulty here was because it was a busy day and all of the people were already with other customers. Unfortunately I was in a hurry so I had to leave, but I came back and all of my questions were answered. (and yes, it was the black haired/ blue eyed girl that helped me) I think I have been helped by every one of the employees there, including the owner, and all have been serious and educational.

Best selection of aquarium supplies and fish available locally, clean store, good staff, overall a great Pet Store.

They have a large supply of various pet articles and a large selection of quality pets, birds and fish. They are willing to help you with your needs and locate something if you want it.
