Dr Smith did my back surgery in Dec 2013. I have done great after. Little pain remains. Some residual numbness in leg and foot that will go away over time. His bedside manner my be lacking somewhat but he is a busy man with no time for chit chat. He's a concerned Dr. He called me at home a week after my surgery to check on me. Even told me to call him anytime if I needed anything. This is unusual thats for sure. If you looking for pain meds find another Dr. he's not a pill pusher. He's there to fix the problem. He isn't in it for the money as some have suggested. I am a retired Nurse on medicare so I know he made very little on my surgery. Thank you Dr Smith for all you've done for me!!!!! Rhonda G.
