I will say for Dr. Tadlock that my 75 yr old grandmother felt comfortable being in her care. That is until she called on a Thursday am hoping to be worked in, suffering from a fever and right sided chest pain. The nurse that responded to her call told her that she would not be seen until the following afternoon. I followed up by calling the office back and reminding them that my grandmother takes immunosuppressants daily and really needed to be worked in if at all possible (having had bad outcomes from a "wait and see" plan previously) The receptionist gave me a work in appt. for 2:00. Thirty min.'s later the same nurse called my grandmother and told her in no uncertain terms (and very rudely) that she would not be seen that day," That she could come and sit in the office and wait all day and they still wouldn't see her". Thank God she was able to get an appt. with another doctor and receive the treatment that she needed.
