General Info
Russell S. Gill PLLC was formed in 2003 by Russell Gill, Attorney at Law. Mr. Gill is a 1976 Juris Doctor Graduate of The American University Law School in Washington D.C. He began his legal career in 1976 with the US Army Corps of Engineers as a civilian attorney advisor doing construction law. In 1979 he transferred to the Navy Department as Asst. Area Counsel for the Supervisor of Shipbuilding Pascagoula, Mississippi, working on large shipbuilding contract disputes. Mr. Gill left government service in March of 1982, and started a solo private practice. Over the years he has employed paralegals and associates in the practice, culminating in the formation of Russell S. Gill PLLC in 2003. Mr. Gill has tried numerous cases to verdict in several jurisdictions including Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Washington D.C., Texas, Lousiana, and Florida.
