Very poor installation (efflorescence on grout, uneven tile and grout lines) and kept putting off correcting. Had to pay someone else to finish laying some of the tile and also someone to correct problems (spent total of $1400 to correct). Tried to ask for partial refund, went through attorney general, and bbb. Company ignored all of this and did not pay for anything. Also they make you pay all fees up front prior to installation. Stay away! Annette will lie and tell you what she thinks you want to hear but when there is an actual problem will not put forth any effort.

Great customer service affordable and professional installation. Would recommend them highly.
