General Info
Dr. Phillip Barnes came to Biloxi with the public health service. It was his desire to go to a place who needed doctors. Currently, there are 40 openings for family practice physicians. Both physicians passed the medical exam on the first try and both are dedicated to the most, needy patients. We moved to Biloxi to help an area that was in dire need of medical care. We are here for the long haul. Both physicians stayed during Hurricane Katrina assisting with patient care and organizing the youth in clearing houses of the elderly. One stayed in Biloxi and saved three dogs from drowning, by combing the neighborhood. We are here for the long haul While others left, we stayed and reopened our practice in May 2006.
