I've been happy with all the service needs I have had there. We are a heights business and always try to use them. There are times when they are not able to get a vehicle in, but not very often. There answer is always bring it down and we will get it in, and they do.

I do not know about Jessica's experience but my family has used Tire-Rama on Main street, Billings for 4 different vehicles and are extremely happy with the service and prices. I find them very friendly, helpfull and understanding. I have used them for over two years. The one time I did have a problem they settled with me very fairly for over three hundred dollars with no hassle what so ever. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them for there work and their service.

This was the worst experience that I have ever encountered I would never take my car to them ever again. They cost me over a thousand dollars in damages and their customer etiquette is absurd. They have no regard for the mannerism in which they treat their customers. I was a good customer of theirs for 3 years and they ruined my vehicle and any respect that I would have for any of their shops or personnel.

They do not know what they are doing and the manager Steve is the rudest indivisual I have ever encountered. They cost me a thousand dollars in damages to my vehicle and would not compensate for the mistakes that they clearly made. I am working on a lawsuit as we speak. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...
