I have purchased several Wolky shoes there because they are so comfortable. The woman at the store is curt and not particularly helpful. The man, on the otherhand, is very helpful and quite pleasant.

If you like quality shoes (Dansko's, Sanita's and the like,) then this is the store for you. I usually order my shoes online so I can find ones that I really like. However, my grandmother who's 82 needed shoes and I took her to In-Step. They were great, she loved the experience and the sales man was adorable with her. *If you go ask for Michael, he's the best. Fair to expensive prices but I'd go back for the service alone.
