Very honest. I asked them to do my downstairs stove as long as they were at my home. After Mr. Johnson inspected it he informed me that the stove didn't need to be done. He asked me how often I used that stove and after hearing that I only lit it over the holidays he said that he would check it again next year when he serviced my main floor fireplace, but that he refused to charge me for something that didn't need to be done. I wish I could find more service people that where that honest.
