I would like to respond to the person who says she received poor service at Lou Talbots. I ,for one, have shopped there many, many times over the years and have always received the very best, most courteous service. Talbots is an excellent high end western store and I would recommend it to anyone. And I am not posting this anonymously. My name is D'Ann Witcher and I live in Miles City, Mt. P.S. If I had a problem with a store I would call the store and report the problem to the owner so the said problem could be corrected.

One would expect great customer service from a boutique type establishment like Lou Tauberts but I received the complete opposite. My husband and I both were both looking for higher end boots so we decided to give this store a try. Big mistake! It was like we were inconviencing them by asking them for help. Never again!
