5 star service. We had a warranty through Lowes for our Samsung dishwasher. It quit working, we called Lowes they sent out a call to another appliance repair company. It quit working in August, they came out the 1st time in September, the other company had to order parts, that took two weeks. That company scheduled another appointment for two weeks later, as they only came to our area on Tuesday from 1-5. I took the day off, at 11:45 they call and said they would need to reschedule for two weeks later. We are now in October, they finally get here fixed it and it quit working 3 weeks later. Lowes sent the same repair company, we dealt with them not showing up until January(each time I complained to Lowes regarding this company not showing up and having to take days off from work, like they cared, they got their money) After several frustrating months, I call Jonny's s to see if they could fix it, yes they could. It was fixed in less than a week. Kind, considerate, efficient.
