The local guys are great, Corporate, not so much?The local guys here in Billings are AWESOME. I have always been treated like King and the equipment is good quality.The new corporate company that does the billing and follow up paper work are totally unprofessional and condescending. I was back billed for over 8 months of services that my insurance had paid for. I owed part of this no problem, but no billing for 8+ months over two calendar years and hidden fees and charges for what I hadn't paid? I hadn't even seen an invoice. Anyway after being told I was stupid by all but one of the corporation's agents I contacted my insurance. Here is the best part. My medical equipment should have been paid off a year ago and these knuckleheads were milking me and the insurance company for the cost of another new piece of equipment. We aren't finished with them yet, but I would be VERY careful working with these guys on any level but a local one.Again the local guys have been wonderful in this.
