I had a very positive experience at Bob Smith. Never felt any pressure to buy or anything. I was able to test drive the car for a few days and that is how i made up my mind to buy it. Sales staff was friendly and knowledgable about the Mazda i was looking at.

Bob Smith Lincoln Mazda is the worst service department in Billings, MT. We had a new timing belt, water pump, and tune up done on our Mazda. After we drove 3500 miles and began experiencing problems just outside of Denver, CO, we took our Mazda to the local Mazda Dealership and was informed we needed a NEW timing belt and water pump. We presented the official repair receipt to Bob Smith in hope of a refund. The service department manager said there was no warranty on labor or parts and they would not do anything to help us, it was our problem. We later learned that Bob Smith does not use genuine Mazda parts as they claim, even though they charged us for them. Paid $1700.00 to a Premier Lincoln Mazda Dealer for quality work and got less than half assed repairs. They have a take the money and run attitude. It is amazing they still have any business. Overall they are nothing but another lying and cheating car dealership. We will never do business there again and we do NOT recommend them to anyone!

We drove down from Canada to have Bob Smith's service department repair the closing mechanism on our Mitsubishi Spyder's convertible roof. They not only fixed the roof .. they gave us fabulous service, brought in parts next day by air, shuttled us around town and were super pleasant at all times. We'd highly recommend them for honesty and great service.
