Purchased an auto from Brad that was a salvage but running. Had no issues there on the lot but after an hour in the hour and half trip home it had a major failure. Brad was not obligated to do anything, but he jumped in and made sure we were taken care of in the whole thing. its hard to find an honest and reliable person in business anymore, it was a breath of fresh air for certain. I will be back to purchase more vehicles if at all possible!

I was very pleased with tail pipers work. I was a little worried because when i called for some questions they guy was very short with me and kind of rude. But when i went to drop off and pick up vehicle I was so pleased with the work I had done. The guys name that i dealt with in person was Travis. He was so helpful, honest, and did a excellent job. I will defanitely take my vehicles back to him.

Was thankful for a good recommendation after a recent accident. However, I was sorely disappointed when I actually had to deal with Tailpipers. I was assured over the phone by someone at the shop that they would look at my vehicle and complete the repairs, but after I had it towed to the shop, they refused to look at it. I had to have it towed to another shop because Tailpipers refused to even look at it and complete the $3200 in work that it ended up totaling. So, I say, don't waste your time (or money) - take your vehicle to someone who wants to do the work.

Brad (owner) is a great guy and always willing to help. His prices are as good or better than the bigger guys. I would rather pay a little more and keep a good business like this going.
