I received a letter at my real estate office, so I wanted to give them a try for a minor job at my own home. The estimate they gave was so out of line that we paid the required $39 for the visit and sent the plumber on his way. (He supposedly checked with his "boss", who confirmed the estimate.) We subsequently had the work done (1/2 hour in time and no parts) for $70, compared to Reliable's quota of $215. I would never recommend to my clients.
