Wendy's burgers are without a doubt my favorite fast-food burgers, so I frequently eat at the Big Rapids franchise. The food is consistently high quality and the restaurant is clean and neat. During the peak lunch and supper times, they are staffed with enough workers to get you served quickly. The drive-through window usually takes longer than going inside to pick up your food, but not so long as to cause any concern. I would recommend this restaurant over any of the other fast-food burger franchises in Big Rapids. Dave Thomas would be proud...
