I only give a one star because I wanted to let people know that I was lied to when I had asked to hold something for me and I gave them my number to call when an item was processed well, that didn't happen when I called up there today they said that nobody was supposed to do that . they just got my hopes up I drop off clothes there quite often. but find now that I tink that the people can't be trusted.so that won't happen anymore
