Psychotherapist for over 19 years working with individuals and families. My area of expertise is working with children, adolescents and college age individuals, however I see all ages and also work with couples and families. I use a combination of approaches, utilizing Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfullness, EMDR, Play Therapy and Sand Play Therapy.
