      I made a Reservation a month ago for a 10" truck and they gave

      me a 14" truck which only gets 10mpg/gas and has four tires in the rear so everyone of my tolls was $700. I ended up paying $300 gas and nobody even called to notify me. Had I known, I most definitely made a reservation with Budget, who is always reliable. They also almost gave me a 17" U-Haul. This will be my last experience with U-Haul.
