This is my 3rd Lexus i purchase from Jonathan . I'm very very pleased with the customer service.. Shout out to Mike and Ryan in Service. they are a very honest group of staff. Each and everyone that is there .. Sales .Fincance YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG AT JONATHAN MOTOR CARS?

I purchased a car from Johnathan Motors a couple of years ago. I took my vehicle into the service department twice for service. Once for a sensor issue and the service department had my car for over a week. The second time for just a flat tire and again my car was kept for over a week. After one week the service department failed to order a new tire so I went and picked up my vehicle with the spare and took it to the dealer. The so called service manager claimed he fired the guy working on my car, but after that I still was not able to get a tire. The dealer was able to find and install a tire in one day. Johnathan Motors couldnt manage to replace a tire in a weeks time. Huge failure. I will never recommend or take my car back there ever again. Be warned!

Service dept was 450.00 cheaper for repair than the lexus dealer! Keep up the good work.

I would highly recommend the service dept. at Jonathan's. I've been taking my car there now for a few years and each and every time I get honest advise on what needs to be done and what can wait until the next time I come in for an oil change etc. Michael is a genuine person and makes me feel comfortable in trusting him and Brian in the service dept. Not only do I get my car back fixed and running like new, but they clean and detail my vehicle each and every time. Thank you so much to Michael and his crew for the fabulous job that they do. There is no doubt on my mind, that when my 2001 BMW X5 is no longer worth having repaired, that I will buy my next vehicle there. Thank you again and keep up the great work!!

this past week my son and I purchased a vehicle from Jonathan Motorcars. Both vehicles were serviced and safety checked they even replaced the rear wiper blades.Ive been dealing with them a while now and would not only recommend ther sales department but also there Servive department who is the best in the area.This was my sons first time they allowed him the opportunity to negotiate, be undecided,be inexperianced, and at the same time educated him without any pressure. When my son finally made up his mind and was really proud of himself and the deal he made they came back and knocked more money off for him ( WOW ) I cant say enough , Do yourself and family a favor check them out
