We used Scenic Landscaping of Beverly, Mass. for one season. A VERY BAD CHOICE. The owner’s business model is to come across congenial and accommodating. He offers to cut your lawn for $40.00 with the expectation of getting additional work, which he acquired. The additional work was over - priced, poor quality and things were not completed. The hours were padded and we were billed for work never performed or completed as contracted.

When questioned about the uncompleted work, the owner had numerous excuses with promises to complete but never did. He often ignored calls of inquiry regarding completion. When he was finally reached he became argumentative and belligerent and even threatened bodily harm.

When you don’t pay for work not completed he takes you to Small Claims Court. The day of our hearing there were 4 Scenic Landscaping customers he was suing for non-payment. All the customers stated that he was billing for work he never performed or completed.

We were successful in the lawsuit since he was awarded less money than we offered him initially to make him go away. His web site is vey deceiving as to the professionalism and quality of his work.

THIS IS THE WORST LANDSCAPING OR ANY TYPE OF CONTRACTOR WE HAVE EVER HIRED.
