Normally, I shop at this market in Beverly Hills, Michigan for our family vitamins, as the coupons and discounts are pretty great. However, their customer service is lacking, especially the phone etiquette. i was placed on hold for 8 minutes for a person to come on the line, say hello one time and hang the phone up. Needless to say I'm finding another health food store.
