I'd recommend Avi Harrosh to anyone looking to find an apt in LA. I had a great experience with Avi who helped me through the whole process, from initial viewing, applying, and coordinating my move-in day logistics. It was painless compared to applying through traditional apt applications... and I'm happy with my new space, right next to the beach!
The fact that I was able to coordinate all of this within just 2 weeks of quitting my job in SF speaks volumes about how awesome this he is!

I had an excellent experience in working with Avi to sell my condo. From our first meeting, I had a pretty good idea this would be someone who would do their absolute best in maximizing value and our time on the market. Sure enough, by the end of the sale, I could look back and say I was absolutely correct about those assumptions.
