Couldn't believe that the manager would go thru the extreme of lying to a customer just to make a sale. I was offered a "manager's special" 6 treatments at a discount with touch-ups included. When it come down to the touch-ups I was informed that no such offer was made. Now I know I'm not crazy or hearing thing, especially when I ask that specific question. Well she succeded in making the sale, but she lost a loyal customer and any future referrals.
