Overall great experience!!!!!!! These people have never been late, have reasonable rates, and professional drivers. From the moment I booked the first airport pick up with Noune, who also happens to be one of the supervisors, I knew this was a company that I wanted to work with more often. I am so glad I called.

On Grammy Night I had ordered a Stretch Limo for my boss and her husband from another well known limo company, but they showed up a basic sedan. I was stranded without transportation, and my boss was threatening to fire me if I did not find a stretch right away. By a referral, I called KLS Limousine with very little notice, and right away was treated with great kindness and professionalism. My reservation was entered quickly; I was able to set up an account right away and my boss & her husband arrived at the Grammy's in a beautiful brand new Limousine. My boss was in awe that KLS had customized the bar in the limo to their taste. The driver was knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. Thank you (:
