Dr. Mueller is originally from the rural community of Ogallala, Nebraska. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln prior to attending the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha where he received his Medical Degree.Dr. Mueller pursued post-graduate training initially at the University of California-Irvine where he completed a General Surgery Residency. Subsequently, he completed his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency at the University of Southern California. He established his practice in Beverly Hills in 1998 where he remains today.He is a leader in his field and has traveled around the world teaching other colleagues his pioneering techniques in plastic surgery. Dr. Mueller is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He attends and speaks at many professional meetings around the world and is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.His creative talents as an inventor have led to the invention of the first and only light guided technology for cosmetic surgery.
