Some of the company s major transactions include a $6 million investment in Faburger, the acquisition of the leasehold interests in 109 freestanding retail stores in 25 states and the acquisition of a 51 percent interest in George Elkins Mortgage Banking Company. Fog Cutter is headquartered in Portland, Ore., with executive offices in Los Angeles and London.
