The salesman there, looks Hispanic, stay VERY far away from him. When we arrived he immediately looked up our information and lied by saying we had a high program package, used it as leverage, telling us he was going to lower it and save us money. When we got home, called dish and they said we have always been on the lower package. This guy WILL scam you. The Direct tv lady was nice but..not too helpful. Took us a while to realize, one was a directv rep and the other was dish. (even though they both claim to be for both). Moving on to the install.. These guys came with a faulty box, then came the very next night to replace it. But that was normal and those things happen, the worst part is, they have like 10 wires coming down the side of my house, drilling holes everywhere. Looks awful. My son has directv and he has the top package, one dish, one wire. Whats up with that?! Stay away from this blackmarket hack shop. BTW, they couldn't stop trying to sell us electronics too..not good
