We ordered a generator in December. They NEVER once called with an update on the order. My husband called them a few times and it was going to be here in March. then when he called in April it was going to be here in August. When he called in September they didn't know when it would be here. He finally went into their office and asked for our money back. They had insisted on a $2,515 down payment. I was a little leery about that, especially when our neighbors ordered a generator from Tri-City Electric and didn't have to give a down payment. Needless to say my husband wasn't happy. They told him that it would be 3 weeks before they could give us our money back and they printed off a letter and told him he would have to sign it before he could get our money back. He was so upset, he made the mistake of signing the letter without reading it. THEY KEPT $500 of our money. $500 for NOTHING! Granted it was stupid of him to sign without reading, but THEY APPARENTLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT GOODWILL! I am going to tell EVERYONE that Electric Doctor STOLE $500 from us

Great Company!... Called on Tuesday, they were at my home when promised at 10am on Wednesday. Great service and excellent electricians.

These guys are great. I called yesterday afternoon and they sent an electrician at 10am the next day. Great service and the electrician was fantastic. He explained everything to me to fix my ceiling fan and did the work right away. He had everything he needed right on his truck.
