Having C D Systems Inc here in Bettendorf is great! They are a small local business that I can drop my computer or printer off to be fixed and they do it. They even call and discuss the problem with you and explain what they can do and their prices are reasonable. It's much nicer dealing with people who are local verses talking over the phone to a technician to diagnose and fix the problem.
