I made an appointment and had to call for my dog after 3 hours and she still had not been groomed. I did not ask for daycare or care for her to sit their for 3 hours in a holding cell by herself waiting for her $35 furcut. The service was very rude and her face was uneven and ears not groomed at all. Instead of the groomer apologizing for taking so long when I got upset, she informed me she would not groom my dog again. I obviously would not come back, but it was very unprofessional.
