MHI is one of the FEW contractors in the TRI state area that allocates a significant amount of resources to the design and planning of ANY home improvement projects; BE it AS little AS a small bathroom or AS large AS building a NEW home. OUR full time interior designers and crafty remodeling minds are AT OUR customers disposal to help customize and implement ALL of their wishes. And educate them on the steps that we will take to complete their project. OUR designers utilize advanced design software and visual aide to help OUR customers visualize the project from the first step of demolition to it's completion. This process will help to eliminate ANY vague project elements or miscommunications that MAY arise AS a result of a lack of understanding and visualizing the final product. The PROCESS AT MHI we believe that we should GET the JOB done right the first time. With that in mind. We DO NOT compromise on the material or the labor. We customize every project with the selections of materials and fixtures ALL from the comfort of OUR customers home. ALL of the materials and fixtures that we USE come from household names like Kohler. Toto. Kraft. ETC. We have full time professional architects. Plumbers. Electricians. Carpenters. Roofers. Masonry and mechanics. For every area in the house we allocate a professional of each trade. Rather than a "jack of ALL trades". With every project that we undertake. OUR customers will have a dedicated Foreman that will BE on their JOB site ALL DAY everyday to ensure that the work is going according to plan. In addition to the Foreman there will BE a project manager that will inspect the JOB to ensure that customer has a clear understanding of the progress. And make certain that MHI and local town codes and guidelines are being MET. Throughout the process we stress communication and DO everything in OUR ability to make the process AS seamless AS possible including daily service calls while the project is in progress.
