Rent commensurate with quality of (40+ year old) units, low, dirty and stinky. Complexes criminal element reflects standard of eligibility, and within one week of my tenancy I was either approached by many and numerous other tenants who griped about their experiences with their units (and management) or I was yelled at by many angry and aggressive others. Although seemingly quiet, a police presence is definitely needed to maintain a semblance of tolerance. Positively a plus for maintenance and groundskeeping, however the amount of disgruntled tenants one must attempt to dodge in order to ensure an enjoyable experience is a concern. No place is perfect-yet this place really needs help.
