Absolutely wonderful- responds quickly to calls, explains everything to me. Very honest- he tells me if work i think needs to be done really doesn't. And even though he absolutely hates home depot (me too), he helped me when the water heater for an apartment in a house we had just bought went bad- i didn't even know it might still be under warranty. jeff took the water heater back to home depot and exchanged it, and saved me a fortune. i am such a novice, he could have just sold me a brand new one, and i never would have known. and when one of the tenants said there was a leak under the sink, jeff told me it was just condensation- no big whoop, and fixed it for a fraction of what i was expecting to spend. i was thinking i'd need a ton of pricey work done. very nice, friendly, kind- the salt of the earth.
