I suppose the high fees are due to the fact that this condominium building was built in the late 70's and it needs constant maintenance. Nice and clean facitilities; however, the board is a bunch of very old folks who thinks it makes sense to not allow pets in their homes, but will allow people to smoke indoors. Their trash service is, well... garbage! They charge you $10 to dispose of large items (and by large I mean items that cannot fit in the 2'x2' trash disposal chute on each floor. There are so many other things I could go on and on about but all I can really say is that this building's condo fees don't seem worth it to me.
