About S&R FoundationS&R Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in Washington, D.C. by Dr. Sachiko Kuno and Dr. Ryuji Ueno in 2000 to encourage and stimulate scientific research and artistic endeavors among young individuals.The S&R Foundation currently grants two awards - The S&R Washington Award and the S&R Ueno Award - and works in partnership with other nonprofit organizations to further the talents of young artists and scientists.
