They delayed re-delivery of the container by a week due to a problem at their warehouse in Chantilly, VA, causing a lot of problems to me and my family. On top of it, that delay caused the term to rollover to the next month, so they charged my credit card for 2 months rather than 1. Their quoting and billing system is extremely misleading, you never know how much you will be charged, and for what. They don't bother to send any receipts, just charge your credit card quietly, without you even know it.
