I would highly recommend Oak Ridge Auto Body to anyone who needs auto body work. Loved the job John Buchta did on my car. And very reasonable rates ! Between my husband, daughter and myself, we have used Oak Ridge Auto Body three times and have always been completely satisfied.

I've had 2 cars repaired and one repainted after it was scratched in the parking lot at work. The quality of the work was excellent, they were done on time and the quote was spot on. I will use these guys whenever I need an auto body service. They even arranged transportation for me when i dropped off my car. The owner made putting my car back into shape a whole lot easier! It was cool to find a smal local business that i could trust. Highly recommend.

I have to agree with the other review. We got a quote over the phone from the owner so we agreed to have our car fixed. When we went to pick it up the owner jacked up the price by $1300.00. Then on top of everything the rear bumber wasn't even bolted on, had to wait for them to bolt that on. Then had to keep going back to try and get a reciept, which turns out to look just like a quote. We should have requested a paper quote first and shouldn't have paid cash. Get everything up front in writing from this place and don't paid cash if you have to use this place.

Autobody work is average at best. Moreover, the owner is very questionable. I have had these guys work on numerous cars and I have always paid cash, the minute you question the work, they want more cash. Do yourself a favor, find someone who is reputable and avoid this shop. I no longer will work with this place.
