My boyfriend and I were stranded 8 hours away from home and 4 hours from our destination. We were made aware that Randy is usually booked up, but we had no other option. Randy was very understanding and got us in the next morning. He was very knowledgeable and extremely honest. Very hard to find in a mechanic!
