      On October 10th 2019 I had an appointment for an biopsy at Penn in Berwyn Pa.. Like most of us I tried to be calm but I nervous. I was introduce and approach by someone I had came to like and appreciate. Phone contact was so nice.Lisa Powers customer service is amazingly wonderful along with her crew. I call them her crew but they do such a wonderful job together. Thank all of you so much.. Believe me I know the difference between caring and just doing your job. Thank you so much for helping me with my journey. Alberetta Shepard
